When do I get an order confirmation?
Order confirmations are sent automatically as soon as you place your order. Order confirmations are different from your tracking confirmation. They are emailed separately. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. You can always add sales@sultryslay.com to your email list.
How long does it take to get my item shipped?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing, Monday through Thursday, during regular business hours. Please review Shipping Policy for more detailed info.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
At Sultry Slay Boutique, we pride ourselves on fast order processing and shipping to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify any orders once they have been placed. Thank you for understanding!
What if the item I received is not the item I ordered?
If the item(s) you received need to be corrected according to your order confirmation or packing slip, we will send you the correct item(s) after receiving the tracking number for the wrong things being shipped back to us. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy for more detailed information.
What if I placed my order and noticed I ordered an incorrect item or color?
Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any alterations. Please be sure to review your order before checking out.
What if an item I ordered is refunded because it was out of stock?
If an item from your order is refunded because it was out of stock, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are human, and occasionally, our online inventory may not perfectly sync with our retail location inventory. While this is a rare occurrence, we deeply regret any disappointment it may cause. Rest assured, you will be promptly refunded for the out-of-stock item, and any other items in your order will still be shipped as scheduled.

Do you restock items?

How do I apply a gift card or promo code at checkout?
At checkout, go to your order summary and enter your code in the text box that says "Promo Code."
Can I use promo codes and/or discounts with gift card purchases?
Discounts and promo codes cannot be used to purchase a gift card.
