Refund and Exchange Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time. Please check back periodically for updates.

To ensure the timely processing of orders, WE ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL ORDERS FOR ANY REASON.

OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS ARE 9AM CST TO 6PM CST, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, EXCLUDING ALL HOLIDAYS. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond to your email inquiries Monday - Friday.

All returned items are in the form of store credit. $10 will be deducted from your refund total to cover the amount we paid to ship the item to you.  We allow a maximum of 10 days for all returns or exchanges. There is no guarantee that we will be able to exchange your item for a different size. Unfortunately, we can't accept your return if 10 days have passed since your purchase.

Your item must be unworn, have all tags attached, and be free of deodorant, makeup, smoke, ANY STAINS, and perfumes to be eligible for a return. All items are thoroughly inspected upon shipping.

 

We do not accept products that are sale items, intimate, accessories, or sanitary goods. Any sets that include leggings, biker shorts, or body suits are also on FINAL SALE. Items purchased with a coupon code are considered sale items and therefore are FINAL SALE.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please only send your purchase(s) back after contacting us. If we receive your return and have not communicated, you will pay the shipping fee to receive your item(s) back.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLEWe will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item if the item is returned for any reason other than a factory defect. 

Shipping costs if applicable are non-refundable.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular-priced items may be returned for store credit. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items are considered "final sale" items." The portion of your order that received a percentage off with any discount code is viewed as a sale item and therefore final sale. 

If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Please send us an email at sales@sultryslay to discuss any exchanges. All exchange requests are subject to our refund policy, as we can not guarantee the stock of your item.

Once we receive your item, it will take two business days to be sanitized and inspected. We will send you an initial email the day that your return is received by our returns department, letting you know that we have begun sanitation and inspection of your item(s). You will receive a second email once the process has been completed letting you know if your return or exchange was approved.
